National Testing Agency, with the approval of the Government of India, has decided to cancel the NEET (UG) 2026 examination conducted on 3 May 2026,

Subject: Request for Temporary Auto Service for Garoora and Aragam Residents

We, the residents of Garoora and Aragam in Bandipora, would like to draw your kind attention to the transportation difficulties being faced in our area due to the non-functionality of the Chattibandy Bridge.

At present, mini buses are returning from the Chattibandy Bridge, leaving our villages without any access to basic transport facilities. As a result, employees, students, labourers, and other residents are facing significant hardships in commuting to their workplaces, educational institutions, and other essential destinations.

In light of these challenges, we humbly request the administration to kindly arrange a temporary auto service for a period of two to three months, until the Chattibandy Bridge becomes functional. This interim arrangement would greatly ease the difficulties faced by the residents and ensure timely access to essential services.

We assure you of our full cooperation during this period and sincerely hope for your prompt intervention in this matter.
