TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan: JOSH Teams launched nationally at Bharat Mandapam, with Pulwama participating virtually. In a major push towards a TB-free India by 2030, JOSH Teams will strengthen TB awareness, early detection, treatment and community participation at the grassroots level.
Pulwama records a major achievement, with 189 out of 190 panchayat villages certified TB-free.

AK-47, Grenades & Am******on Recovered in Handwara
Security forces recovered a cache of arms and am******on from an old hideout in Nagda Nar forest, Handwara. The recovery includes an AK-47 r***e, 3 grenades, hundreds of rounds, magazines and a silencer.
An FIR has been registered and further investigation is underway.

R&B Pulwama officials said around 4 km of macadamisation has been completed, while work on the remaining stretches is progressing. The ₹9.43 crore project covers approximately 12 km of road and is targeted for completion this month.
