This compact commercial building in the congested and busy streets of Tuljapur stands out with its clean, contemporary facade. The design smartly uses verticality to maximize space on a narrow plot, integrating modern geometric forms with traditional brick jaali patterns for ventilation and texture. White plastered surfaces contrasted with red terracotta jali and wooden accents create a striking visual identity. Arched openings add softness to the otherwise sharp lines, while small balconies with greenery bring a refreshing touch of nature to the dense urban fabric. Overall, the building is a fine example of blending functionality with an elegant, modern aesthetic suited to its bustling marketplace context.
