Muskan Point

A 11 year old boy reported with fractured upper front tooth. On radiographic examination, upper front left tooth was found to have a periapical radiolucency. Endodontic treatment was started. As the root apex had not formed completely, apexification was done with MTA followed by custom made metal post and core. Finally a temporary crown was cemented which will be replaced with a permanent crown once permanent canines erupt.
Patient has been advised to come for follow up every 6 months
