সামাজিক/সাংস্কৃতিক/মানবাধিকার/ শ্রমিক-অধিকারের সংগঠনের পক্ষ থেকে যৌথ বিবৃতি

: পাথারকান্দির মবলিঞ্চিংয়ের ঘটনা আমাদের শঙ্কিত করে তুলেছে। দুই গরিব দিনমজুর ভাই নিজেদের গৃহপালিত গরু খুঁজতে বেরিয়েছিল, তাদেরকে গরু চোর সন্দেহে গণপিটুনিতে আধমরা করে দেওয়া হলো। বর্তমানে তাঁরা শিলচর মেডিক্যাল কলেজে চিকিৎসায় রয়েছেন। ঘটনায় জড়িত দুই জনকে গ্রেপ্তার করা হলেও, ঘটনায় জড়িত মূল পাণ্ডাদের এখনও গ্রেপ্তার করা হয়নি। আর্থিকভাবে ও সামাজিকভাবে দুর্বল দিনমজুর আক্রান্তরা আর্থ-সামাজিক কারণেই আমাদের দেশের ন্যায়বিচার থেকে বঞ্চিত হোন। সচেতন, গণতান্ত্রিক ও সংবেদনশীল জনগণের সামাজিক মতামতের চাপই তাদের ন্যায়বিচারকে সুনিশ্চিত করতে পারে। অন্যথায় যথারীতি এই অপরাধের বিচার ও সামাজিকভাবে দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তি অধরা থেকে যাবে। প্রশ্রয় পাবে মবলিঞ্চিংয়ের মত অপরাধের প্রবণতা।

বিভাজনের ও ভয়ের রাজনীতি, সামাজিক ও সাংস্কৃতিক আগ্রাসন ক্রমাগত মানুষের মন-মস্তিষ্ককে অসংবেদনশীল করে তুলছে। পাথারকান্দির গণধোলাইয়ের এই ঘটনায় একজন শিক্ষকের নামও জড়িয়ে গেছে। লোহার রড দিয়ে আঘাত, এয়ারগান দিয়ে গুলি চালানো ও গণধোলাইয়ে মেরে ফেলার প্রবৃত্তি বিভৎস সামাজিক অসুখকে প্রকট করে। ধর্মীয় উন্মাদনা ও ঘৃণার মানসিকতা সামাজিক পরিসরকে বিষিয়ে তুলেছে, এখনই তাকে প্রতিহত করার গণ-উদ্যোগ জরুরি। অন্যথায় সামূহীক বিপর্যয়কে প্রতিহত করা অসম্ভব হয়ে উঠবে। এখনই সময় প্রত্যাঘাতের, গণ-প্রতিরোধ গড়ে তোলার, সামাজিক সংবেদনশীলতা ফিরিয়ে আনার।
এই দাবিতে আজ ০৬/০৬/২০২৬ শনিবার বিকাল ৪-৩০ মিনিটে , শিলচর গোলদিঘি মলের সম্মুখে গণবিক্ষোভে সামিল হওয়ার জন‍্য আপনাকে / আপনার সংগঠনের সদস্যবৃন্দকে অনুরোধ করছি।

A joint memorandum was submitted to of (Through DDC) , by different active organisations/associations , regarding the immediate construction of roads in (Specially from Cachar College point upto Meherpur ), Precautions and Measures to stop untime flood , prevention from adverse Water Logging and very Unplanned Drainage System in entire ...
The reputed and influential Organisations/Associations like Cachar District Bar Association , All india united trade union Centre , Nagarik Sartha Rakkha Sangram Parishad , CRPC , Pragatishil Nagorik Samanway Manch , Barak Democratic Front (BDF), United Forum for Barak Valley Development, YASE ( #ইয়াসি) and others had jointly moved for different rights of the people of Silchar Town....If our demands are not fulfilled , within 7-10 days , then all the organisations , along with some more organisations , will initiate a very strong democratic movement against the entire system . Rest will be history......
