Well, mustard green herbs with chicken (with skin) slow cooked in black pepper and caramelized along with garlic gloves is a therapy one shouldn't miss out on, especially on a cold winter meal. A common but delicacy that has my appetite begging for more, best goes with boiled lentils and steamed rice.
