హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రోపాలిటన్ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ అథారిటీ (హెచ్‌ఎండీఏ) రీజియన్‌లోని అన్ని మునిసిపాలిటీల మునిసిపల్ కమీషనర్‌లను అనధికార భవనాల నిర్మాణాలపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని పురపాలక పరిపాలన మరియు పట్టణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ ఆదేశించింది. హెచ్‌ఎండీఏ అనుమతి లేకుండానే అనేక నిర్మాణాలు, అపార్ట్‌మెంట్లు, గేటెడ్ కమ్యూనిటీలు, లేఅవుట్లు వస్తున్నాయని స్పెషల్ చీఫ్ సెక్రటరీ అరవింద్ కుమార్ జారీ చేసిన మెమోలో పేర్కొన్నారు.
