Picasso's Bread Recipe inspiration :
Oven Roasted Cauliflower
Recipe for a small cauliflower ( about 20 florets):
1. Preheat the oven to 200Β° C. Preheating time differs across brands and types. Make sure you read your message oven's manual to know the required time and settings.
2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Make sure you rinse them with salted hot water to get rid of any dirt or insects.
3. In a bowl add in 2-3 tbsp of oil. Add in 1/2 TSP turmeric,1.5 TSP of chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala,1 tsp roasted jeera powder and salt as required.
4. Add the florets to the above mixture and coat them with the oil and powders well.
5. Place them on a lined baking tray . Make sure they are separated well and are not crowded. This is to ensure that they crisp evenly.
6. Place it on the top rack of the oven and bake at 200Β° C for 25-30 mins and the last and final step is.. to only be patient π
7. Optionally, you could just toss the tray half way during the cooking time to ensure eveness in cooking.
