Today, we paused to reflect at CommLab India as Ayesha-our COO and Co-Founder, led a session on Radical Candor, one of our core values. 🌟
We focused on what caring personally and challenging directly means in practice—how we give feedback, receive it, and keep it honest while staying empathetic.
