You can check the architecture of any binary you're trying to run by using:
"file filetocheck"
It will mention either 32-bit or 64-bit.

How to install uTorrent in ubuntu 14.04 LTS?/

1) Open the Terminal by pressing (Ctrl + Alt + T )
2) Run the below codes in the terminal to Install libssl.
sudo apt-get update
Enter the password
sudo apt-get install libssl1.0.0 libssl-dev
3) Now download uTorrent software Click here to download
4) Since the downloaded file is in downloads folder.Type the following in terminal
cd Downloads/
5) Use the following command to copy the file to opt directory
sudo cp utserver.tar.gz /opt/
6) Run the below command to move to the opt directory
cd /opt/
Now extract the tar file by typing the below code
sudo tar -xvf utserver.tar.gz
7)Now delete the extracted tar file
sudo rm -rf utserver.tar.gz
8) Run the following command to extract the downloaded file to /opt directory
sudo tar -zxvf utserver.tar.gz -C /opt/
9) Now give permission to extracted directory to run uTorrent-server
sudo chmod -R 777 /opt/utorrent-server-alpha-v3_3/
10) Now link uTorrent server to the /user/bin directory
sudo ln -s /opt/utorrent-server-alpha-v3_3/utserver /usr/bin/utserver
11) Start uTorrent
utserver -settingspath /opt/utorrent-server-alpha-v3_3/
12) Open Your Browser [chrome /firefox] type the below command
localhost:8080/gui
13) A popup will be shown enter
Username = admin
Password field should be empty

Pseudo-polynomial Algorithms:

An algorithm whose worst case time complexity depends on numeric value of input (not number of inputs) is called Pseudo-polynomial algorithm.
For example, consider the problem of counting frequencies of all elements in an array of positive numbers. A pseudo-polynomial time solution for this is to first find the maximum value, then iterate from 1 to maximum value and for each value, find its frequency in array. This solution requires time according to maximum value in input array, therefore pseudo-polynomial. On the other hand, an algorithm whose time complexity is only based on number of elements in array (not value) is considered as polynomial time algorithm.

Use of RSVP (Resource Reservation Protocol):

Let's assume that a particular video program is to be multicast at a certain time on Monday evening. Expecting to receive it, you send an RSVP request before the broadcast (you'll need a special client program or perhaps your browser includes one) to allocate sufficient bandwidth and priority of packet scheduling for the program. This request will go to your nearest Internet gateway with an RSVP server. It will determine whether you are eligible to have such a reservation set up and, if so, whether sufficient bandwidth remains to be reserved to you without affecting earlier reservations. Assuming you can make the reservation and it is entered, the gateway then forwards your reservation to the next gateway toward the destination (or source of multicast). In this manner, your reservation is ensured all the way to the destination. (If the reservation can't be made all the way to the destination, all reservations are removed.)

In Linux(ubuntu), date n time change not working??

1. Do it again... but after making the changes.. don't close the pop-up(date-time window).
2. Open Terminal (alt+ctrl+T).
3. run command:
sudo apt-get update
(update command to update current date-time)
