I feel sorry for the victims as well as offender. On one hand it tortures the victim physically, mentally and even sexually and on the other hand the career of both the groups is ruined.

No one thinks of the consequences of ragging when they indulge in it. The impact it has on the minds of those being ragged cannot be predicted. Different individuals react differently; but within this there are thousands who drop out of college, hundreds who fear to come out of their shell and every now and then, a life is lost.

As a consequence, many are punished; ruining their own future, their own lives.

Is there no value to these losses? Don’t these instances mean anything to us?

It’s about time we think about the impact our actions have on the people around us as well as ourselves.
