Hey there, Tribe! Let's get on board and coook up some wonderful healthy cookie dough - it's low on calories and tastes insane!

➡️ 1 Tbsp: 46 calories⠀
1 g protein⠀
6 g carbs⠀
2 g fat⠀
⠀ ⠀
🍭For your sweet cravings or if you are just bored of boiled eggs and baby carrots for a snack, this is the way to go, folks!

Ingredients:⠀
•1 cup chickpeas⠀
•1/4 cup almond milk⠀
•1/4 cup coconut flour⠀
•2 T peanut butter⠀
•2 T raw honey⠀
•1 vanilla extract⠀
•1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles⠀
⠀ ⠀
👉🏻 Just blend all together until smooth. You can add chocolate chips, nuts, raisins instead of rainbow sprinkles😍⠀

Great when chilled in the fridge especially the next day!⠀

For all you caffeine addicts out there, here is another pal that lasts longer and is healthier than coffee. Dive into this and let us know what keeps you going.

Matcha is made from dried green tea leaves and typically comes in a powder that is mixed into milk or water. It’s also great in baked goods!⠀

It has 140 times the antioxidants of coffee and has an amino acid called L-theanine, which promotes the slow release of caffeine. This gives matcha the ability to sustain energy for up to twice as long as coffee.⠀

The energy matcha provides is also a much more calm, alert awareness, that doesn’t lend to that jittery feeling coffee can cause.⠀

Coffee is made from ground coffee beans and has up to 3 times the caffeine of matcha.

If you have issues with acid reflux or stomach inflammation, as well as anxiety, I would suggest trying matcha if you want caffeine!⠀

Have you been on the run to get your abs to show? Well, all of us have abs! Unfortunately, it’s a common misconception that you have to work your abs a lot in order to have abs.

In reality, everyone has a beautiful set of abs underneath their fat.

By working out your abs, you can make them bigger and sharper, but you will not be able to see them unless you have a low enough level of body fat.

So remember Abs are made in the gym, and revealed in the kitchen. So keep an eye out on your food plans to get them abs to show:)

Vitamin C is absolutely crucial for our growth, development, and repair of body tissues. A recent meta-analysis also showed vitamin C was beneficial to people whose immune system was weakened due to stress.⠀⁣⠀⁣
While vitamin C may not be the cure for the common cold, there is good evidence to support that it helps reduce the risk of developing complications when you get sick. It is a strong antioxidant that can help boost your blood antioxidant levels which in turn can help reduce the risk of chronic disease.⠀⁣⠀⁣
For more background info, one small orange has 51.1mg vitamin C and a medium orange has 69.7mg vitamin C. The minimum requirement for adults is about 75-90mg a day (but studies show up to 500mg a day to be beneficial). So worry no more, grab a handful of these goodies and help your body, mind, and soul stay happy throughout the day:)

When it comes to weight loss, it does not have to be super complicated.⁣

1)Be in a calorie deficit for a bit. ⚖⁣⁣
2)Keep your protein intake high.🍗⁣⁣
3)Exercise throughout the week. 🏋🏽‍♂️⁣⁣
4)Sleep well throughout the week.😴⁣⁣
5)Focus on nutritious foods. 🍎🍏⁣⁣

Having said that, Tribe, we would suggest cooking up some easy to make meals at home, all you have to do is:

Pick your favorite sources of protein: Chicken breast, ground turkey, lean ground beef, eggs, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, tofu, etc. 🍗🍳⁣⁣

Pick your favorite sources of carbs: rice, potatoes, beans, couscous, bulgur, etc. 🍠🥔⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Pick your favorite veggies: cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, carrots, eggplant, etc. 🥕🥑🍆🥗⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Pick some spices: taco seasoning, hot sauce, sea salt, black pepper, sriracha, etc. 🧂🌶⁣⁣

And voila! You got yourself an endless amount of hearty and weight-loss friendly meals in the fridge or freezer. 🍴⁣⁣

Once you start preparing more meals at home and you are in control of your food, and you will find that weight loss is not such a daunting task. 👍🏽

These foods are great additions to any diet but especially so if you're trying to lose weight. Why? Because they have very low calories so you can eat a tonne of them with little impact on your caloric intake.⠀The best thing is you can always drizzle these beauties onto any of your meals.⁣⠀⠀
That way, you will be adding volume to your meals so you get bigger portions and feel fuller for a lot longer. They also have the added bonus of (in most case) having a lot of micronutrients which your body needs for a whole load of reasons.
