Dugdeshwar Nath Temple - Rudrapur The temple history dates back to 1805 BC. The temple has been constructed following the octagonal way of pagoda (Buddhist).
This is an old historical temple dedicated to Lord Shiva & is popularly known as Dugdeshwar Nath Temple (Jyotirling of Shiva) in Rudrapur Township. It was constructed by King Rudrasen, & it is believed that the place also got its name after the King. A fair frequented by number of devotees, is held here annually on the occasion of Shivratri.
