Guidelines while Choosing the Paid Training:
1. Must be a company, not an institute.
2. Don't go with any Institute, who provide just class room based training.
3. Do your training in IT/ITeS Based Corporate only, not even in campus.
4. Go for a Payroll Based Training Only, Company Must hire you on their payroll and designate you as an experienced after successful completion.
5. Never Do Dump Projects.
6. Always Ask your company for SRS Documentations while doing the projects.
7. If company is ISO & IT Infrastructure Based Organization, then you must ask for training metrics.
8. Don't Start your training without Joining Letter, Offer Letter and Appointment Letter.
9. While doing training under development department, you must taught Genesis concepts like Web & System both.
10. Check for your company for proper servers. Because training institutes cannot afford server.
Its not Burnt to do paid training. but above guidelines must meet before enrolling to any training organization.
