For the first time in Rockhampton, active meditation session by Jade of Trinity healing will be held at the Chinese association hall. The purpose of this weekend session is to free yourself from inhibitions, mental blocks and suppressed emotions, such as fear, anger, frustrations and tension. Through a series of activities combined with a list of purposely created music in a safe environment, you will be able to express yourself freely without fear or judgements by anyone.
