Happy new year to all of you
इंडिगो की फ्लाइट्स रद्द होने के बाद यात्रियों का गुस्सा समझ में आता है, लेकिन एक वीडियो ने सबका दिल झकझोर दिया।
एक पिता अपनी छोटी बेटी के लिए इंडिगो की टीम से सैनिटरी पैड मांगता नजर आ रहा है। ये सिर्फ एक मांग नहीं, सिस्टम से सवाल है।
ये लड़ाई टिकट की नहीं, इंसानियत की है।
ये मामला सुविधा का नहीं, सम्मान और ज़रूरत का है।
हजारों उड़ानें लेने वाली एयरलाइन्स एक बच्ची की बुनियादी जरूरत तक पूरी नहीं कर पा रही?
यात्रियों की परेशानी को कब सिर्फ ‘असुविधा’ नहीं, ‘जिम्मेदारी’ माना जाएगा?
ये वीडियो हर उस सिस्टम को आईना दिखाता है जो दावा तो बड़ा करता है, पर ज़रूरत पर चुप हो जाता है।
