I have read 45 self help books this year (Apr'23 to Apr-24).
:
:
:
Now as per my experience and values gain after this,
here's 10 things that will teach you more than reading 100 self-help books:
1. Empathizing with someone politically opposite of you
2. Teaching yourself a little bit of a foreign language
3. Talking to people a few steps ahead of you
4. Asking someone about their culture
5. Building a 10-year plan for your life
6. Shadowing someone you admire
7. Building anything you can sell
8. Cutting off a bad friend
9. Public speaking
10. Writing daily
Most self-help books are just procrastination dressed up as action.
You can share your learning here from reading books as well.

How often do you procrastinate? 😵
:
:
:
We all do at some point, right?
If you’re a serial procrastinator, then you’ve probably asked yourself at some point:
💥 “why do I procrastinate so much?”
💥 “why do I keep procrastinating even though I know that it’s unhelpful?”
👉 Understanding why you procrastinate is crucial if you want to figure out how to stop doing it!
Procrastination comes knocking on your door when demotivating and hindering factors outweigh your self-control and motivation.
So how can we hop over that black hole?
⭐ Forgive yourself for any thoughts of procrastination - you’re human.
⭐ Rephrase your internal dialogue - you can do this.
⭐ Reflect on what might be causing you to feel demotivated - did this task not go well in the past? Make peace with these factors.
⭐ Get a motivation/accountability partner to remind you that you can do this.
⭐ Set a reward that you will receive and can look forward to once completing the task.
Are you with me?

I tried a several things and failed in most of them
Oh yes ! I failed in most of them.
You can call me a serial failure. But I failed,
Only to understand what am I good at ?
To give you a little context,
I tried singing
I tried dancing
I tried painting
I gave CAT
I studied BCA & MBA
I tried Youtube
I tried Instagram
I tried marketing
I tried Facebook
But,
> I kept going with FB.
Here you see I tried a lot of things but ,
Never did I mention I tried 1 particular thing a lot of times.
So the moral is ,
Try 100 different things to know what you like
Try doing what you like 1000 times & turn your
“ I like to -> Love”
You never know what you love and what you are good at till the time
You try and experiment with several things which you are not good at.
You did your best and gave your best this month.
What is that one thing you want to improve before May'24 begins ?
For me it's my workout Routine.

Always remember a mistake is always a lesson.
:
:
:
Hardly anybody likes mistakes.
Mistakes are proof that you are trying.
If you don't say anything or do anything, you can't mess anything up, at least in theory.
But at the same time, you don't grow. You don't build up any resilience that makes you stronger.
👉 Here are a few things to remember whenever you make any mistakes in life.
1. Don't beat yourself up
2. It's not the end of the world
3. There's usually a lesson
4. Measure your progress
5. You have something to teach others
Let these reminders encourage you to tackle life without fearing failure or mistakes.
You can start to look at your missteps in life as positive things to appreciate.
Because they make you stronger, they make you wiser, and you're able to help others.
Feel free to share any mistakes that you've made recently in the comments.

We're wired to avoid chaos, failure and rejection, but what if we embraced these uncomfortable aspects of life?
:
:
:
In a world where everyone's chasing happiness and success, let's take a different look at personal growth.
Here are a few unconventional tips to build empowering beliefs:
▪ Embrace uncertainty: Life's unpredictable, and that's okay. Focus on what you can control – your actions and reactions.
▪ Celebrate failure: Failure isn't the enemy; it's a stepping stone to success. Embrace it, learn from it, and grow.
▪ Doubt yourself (wisely): Question your beliefs and assumptions. Stay open to new perspectives for a more adaptive mindset.
▪ Welcome discomfort: Growth happens outside our comfort zones. Seek out challenges and embrace change.
Ancient philosophies also offer valuable insights that may contradict modern empowering beliefs principles.
Here's what we can learn:
⏺ Socrates: Question everything, embrace self-examination, and encourage critical thinking.
⏺ Stoicism: Focus on controlling your emotional reactions to events and build inner resilience.
⏺ Buddhism: Embrace impermanence, cultivate mindfulness, and appreciate the present moment.
⏺ Taoism: Practice non-action (wu wei) and adapt to the natural flow of life.
⏺ Nietzsche: Love your fate (amor fati) and find meaning in adversity.
Change takes time. Let’s be patient, open-minded, and resilient as we explore unconventional paths to personal growth.
Embrace life's uncertainties and remember, it's not about avoiding the chaos, but how we navigate through it that truly matters.
Have you tried any of them before?

15 Maturity Tips in Life and Careers.
On our way up as we achieve our success many of us will let go of people, places and things that no longer serve our growth!
Maturity for many of us globally is not measured by our age; instead has been forged by our real life unique experiences.
1.) Admitting mistakes is a sign of maturity. We learn more from knowing our blunders.
2.) Walking away gracefully from any environment that impedes personal growth.
3.) Maturity is to focus more on changing ourselves rather than other people’s brains.
4.) When we stop making excuses for our life circumstances, we make corrections.
5.) It’s not when we speak of big things; it’s connecting with all the small things in life.
6.) Letting ego fade away so we can also embrace the true power of self criticism.
7.) Happiness grows within and we are not dependent on other people for our smiles.
8.) Maturity to confidently express our true feelings without the need for reciprocation.
9.) When we don’t allow others who judge or reject us to make us feel inferior or small.
12.) The capacity to resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions considering other people’s perspectives.
13.) When we can understand and then detach from any environment that goes against our core beliefs and principles.
14.) Not everything in this complex world requires our comments or opinions. Some things are just better off left unsaid.
15.) The ability to live peacefully with all the things we cannot change and to postpone immediate pleasures for long term values.
What else can you add here on maturity?
Stay Powerful! 24/7 365!

As professionals, we tend to set ambitious and challenging goals for our careers.
However, we often forget the importance of setting goals for our personal lives as well.
As we strive towards success in our professional lives, it’s vital to remember that our family and well-being are equally important.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of our careers and overlook the simple pleasures of life.
Taking time out for our loved ones and ourselves is crucial not just for our mental and physical health but also for achieving long-term fulfillment.
Let’s make a conscious effort to strike a balance between our personal and professional lives by setting achievable goals that prioritize both.
Remember, a successful career is only truly fulfilling when accompanied by a happy and healthy personal life.

This is what I am feeling from last few days.
:
:
:
Most of the posts you see are full of hype and bragging:
- How they get tons of leads every day
- How they invest their money like a pro
- How they grew their followers in record time
- How they make six or seven figures with their business
- How they outsource everything and hire the best people
But what they don't tell you is the reality behind it all:
- How they didn't have to worry about paying the bills or rent
- How they worked long hours and sacrificed their social life
- How they had enough savings to start their business
- How they got help from their family or friends
- How they had luck or privilege on their side
People want to learn from those who are a few steps ahead of them.
Not from those who pretend to have it all figured out.
That's why you need to:
✅Share your real story.
✅Show how you started from scratch
✅Show them the mistakes and failures you learned from
✅Tell them the challenges and struggles, how you overcame them.
Don't just highlight the numbers, the results.
Take them on the journey, not just the destination.
What you think about this?

I’ve written this post in my head at least a dozen times.
Leaders learn the most from loss.
Whether you lose a client.
Miss closing the sale.
Get laid off.
Or miss your target or goal.
You learn.
Sometimes you learn about yourself.
Sometimes you learn about others.
Hopefully, both.
But, the important thing we must remember is to learn.
Leaders don’t transfer blame.
Leaders don’t make assumptions.
Leaders don’t re-hash without cause.
Leaders internalize the lesson and re-direct.
It’s okay to feel the feelings associated with each loss, but use care to ensure those feelings don’t keep you in patterns of cyclical thinking that become a detriment to growth or outlook.
Why post this?
Because we need to normalize loss and failure.
Failure isn’t fatal.
Social media is attractive because so much seems shiny and brilliant, but we are all humans and we all experience loss and disappointment.
I’m happy to share highs and lows because it’s part of my life.
And, I’m no different from anyone else.
Also, I’m posting to thank everyone who is supporting me in my journey.
I’m so full of gratitude.

Success leaves clues.
So does failure.
There is one common trait of those who struggle:
They are constantly - WAITING.
Waiting for-
The "right time"
"More experience"
"Someone to help them"
"More time"
"More money"
As a result, they are just stuck WAITING with no results.
On the flip side, successful people do the opposite.
They do not wait.
They take action.
They MAKE it the right time.
They FIND help.
They FIND more money.
And as a result...
They FIND success.
So if you are struggling..
Are you WAITING?
Or are you going to take ACTION and go find it?
