BHAPA DOI/ STEAMED CURD
1 cup hung curd
2 tblspn milk
2/3rd cup condensed milk
Cardamom and saffron
Mix these well
Grease a container wid lil ghee
Pour the mixture into it.
Cover it wid foil or lid.
Steam it in a steamer for 25 minutes.
Let it cool. Keep it in fridge fr some time then take it out like how we take out cake. (Cover tin wid a plate and flip)
Serve chilled :) enjoy :)
