Nirvana City विवादित जमीन पर Hub India Realty ने किया गया भूमि पूजन
धनबाद : धनबाद के नवाडीह स्थित एक विवादित भूखंड पर न्यायालय के स्पष्ट आदेश के बावजूद रियल एस्टेट कंपनी Hub India Realty द्वारा भूमि पूजन कर निर्माण कार्य आरंभ कर देने का सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है। कोर्ट के आदेश के मुताबिक इस ज़मीन पर किसी भी प्रकार की गतिविधि प्रतिबंधित थी, फिर भी “Nirvana City” प्रोजेक्ट के तहत दो घरों के निर्माण के लिए भूमि पूजन कर दिया गया।
ज्ञात हो की विवादित भूमि पर कोर्ट के स्पष्ट आदेश के बावजूद भू-माफिया खुलेआम अपनी दबंगई दिखा रहे हैं। अनुमंडल दण्डाधिकारी न्यायालय धनबाद द्वारा दिनांक 23 मई 2025 को धारा 163 के अंतर्गत पारित आदेश में विवादित जमीन पर किसी भी तरह के निर्माण या कब्जा पर रोक लगाई गई थी। इसके बावजूद Hub India Realty नामक रियल एस्टेट कंपनी ने “Nirvana City” प्रोजेक्ट के तहत दो घरों का भूमि पूजन कर लिया।
कंपनी ने इस अवैध गतिविधि को अपनी सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में गर्व से भी प्रचारित किया है, जिसमें स्पष्ट रूप से लिखा गया है कि "सोमवार को दो घरों का भूमि पूजन सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ और निर्माण कार्य जल्द शुरू होगा।" फोटो में भूमि पूजन में पूरी टीम को दिखाया गया है, जबकि कोर्ट का आदेश साफ तौर पर कहता है कि जमीन पर किसी भी प्रकार की गतिविधि पूर्णतः वर्जित है।
यह पूरा मामला धनबाद के बिरसा मुंडा पार्क के पीछे की बेशकीमती ज़मीन से जुड़ा है, जिस पर कई पक्षों के बीच विवाद वर्षों से चल रहा है। मामले को लेकर कोर्ट द्वारा बार-बार निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि यथास्थिति बनाए रखी जाए, परंतु Hub India Realty के द्वारा न्यायिक आदेश की धज्जियाँ उड़ाते हुए खुलेआम निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ करने की घोषणा करना गंभीर आपराधिक अवमानना की श्रेणी में आता है।
