Job Title: Sales Executive (SE)
Salary: Rs.8000 – 12000 per month

Description:
• Execute the Territory business plan (including forecasting, and sales volume achievement).
• The job holder to collect selling material (ready stock, sample, posters) from AgriTribe’s warehouse.
• The job holder to visit potential stores in the assigned geography for marketing AgriTribe’s Product.
• To collect contact details of the owner of the visited store and share it with the company.
• To inform the store owners about the company’s products and try to acquire new business.
• To note the sold product-wise quantity sold for each day.
• To collect revenue from the stores and transferring them online to the company.
• It is the duty of SE to maintain good relations with the storekeepers and owners.
• To ensure that the company meets the daily budgeted sale target from SE’s territory.
• To ensure that products at the stores are sold before its expiry date.
• To add more buying outlets in the assigned geography.
• To maintain a good image of the company and its brands.
• To make the stores and their customers aware of the company’s relevant products and schemes.
• Responsible for tracking competitors and suggesting corrective measures to the company.
• Role can develop into handling larger markets and into a supervisory role.
• May need to extend beyond business hours (especially early mornings and late evenings) when required.
• Driving License and two-wheeler driving skills are mandatory.
Specification:
• The candidates applying for the SE roles must be a graduate in any discipline
Or
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales role post intermediate
Or
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales post matriculation
• The candidates to have good communication skills
• The candidates to be target oriented and strive for achieving incentives
• The candidates to be open for learning new skills
• Candidates with sales background would be preferred
• It is desirable to have beginner level computer knowledge
