Job Role: Tele Counselor/ Tele Caller

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Counselor who can connect with potential customers over calls, guide them properly, and convince them to take action. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with leads and convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

✓Call and follow up with generated leads regularly
✓Explain company services/courses/products in a clear and convincing manner
✓Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
✓Convince and motivate prospects to enroll, purchase, or take desired action
✓Handle customer queries professionally over phone and WhatsApp
✓Maintain proper lead records and follow-up updates
✓Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth onboarding

Requirements:

✓Good communication and convincing skills
✓Comfortable speaking on calls for long durations
✓Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
✓Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
✓Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively
✓Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer support is preferred
✓Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

Preferred Skills:

✓Fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English
✓Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
✓Target-oriented mindset
✓Professional and customer-friendly behavior
