بالخصوص ہم شیخ عرفان محمود صاحب کو نائب صدر منتخب ہونے پر خصوصی طور پر ہدیۂ تبریک پیش کرتے ہیں۔ یہ کامیابی آپ کی صلاحیتوں، اخلاص اور مسلسل محنت کا روشن ثمر ہے۔ ہمیں کامل یقین ہے کہ آپ اپنی بصیرت، حکمت اور قائدانہ صلاحیتوں کے ذریعے ادارے کو نئی بلندیوں تک لے جائیں گے۔
