Stories are more than entertainment for preschoolers — they are powerful tools that shape behaviour, values, and emotional understanding. 📚✨🌱
Through characters and situations, children learn empathy ❤️, kindness 🤝, patience ⏳, and problem-solving 🧠 in a way that feels natural and engaging. What we tell them today quietly becomes how they think 💭, feel 💛, and behave tomorrow.
At The Growth Riddle, we explore how storytelling can guide behaviour 🌟, build emotional intelligence 🧩, and support healthy child development. 🌈

A positive classroom doesn’t happen by chance — it is intentionally created through connection, structure, empathy, encouragement, and thoughtful spaces. 🌱

Big emotions are not bad behaviour — they are developing brains at work. 🧠
Research shows that when children are helped to name their feelings, the emotional centre of the brain calms down and the thinking brain activates. That’s how regulation is built — not through punishment, but through connection.
At Growth Riddle, we decode behaviour scientifically so parents respond with awareness, not reaction.

Play is not a break from learning — it is learning. 🎨🧩
When we thoughtfully integrate play into daily routines, children absorb concepts naturally and joyfully.
The right balance builds curiosity, confidence, emotional strength, and lifelong skills.
At The Growth Riddle, we share practical parenting and teaching tips that actually work.
We offer counselling support, 1:1 family consultations, and preschool coaching rooted in decades of experience.
Because every child learns differently — and every parent deserves the right guidance. 🌱

Some preschoolers are touch-sensitive — and that’s completely okay. 💛
They may feel uncomfortable with sudden hugs, pats, or being held.
✨ What helps?
✔️ Go slow and steady
✔️ Offer a handshake 🤝 or a high-five 👏
✔️ Ask before hugging: “Can I give you a hug?”
✔️ Respect their “no”
When we give children choice + control, we help them feel safe, secure, and understood — and that builds trust. 🌿
📌 Touch should always feel safe, not forced.
