Required Front Desk Executive (Female)
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
• Check sort and forward emails.
• Prepare outgoing mail/Letters by drafting correspondence.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Stationary Stock Maintenance.
• Keep record of Appointments and Meetings.
• Take up other duties as assigned.

Desired candidate profile:
• Minimum Graduate.
• Experience in front office activity will be preferred.
• Proficient in English (Oral and Written)
• Strong communication/Correspondence and people skill.
• Knowledge of MS-CIT.
