Push-ups can be hard in the initial stage, but as you start practicing regularly and keep increasing your count, there is no looking back.
• Warm up your body well before you start push-ups.

• Set a count goal for every set and keep increasing daily

Multitasking small tasks is altogether a different game. It’s not that you shouldn’t listen to music while working out. When we say multitasking, we mean the important tasks in your life.
As soon as you set the order of priority for your tasks, any task which is not at the top should fall into the background. Complete the first task, and then move on to the second, and so on.
Whenever you strike off one task from your to-do list, the satisfaction you will receive will be immense.
