The enthusiastic participation reflected the growing relevance of innovation-driven research and interdisciplinary collaboration in today’s dynamic global environment.

The conference was graced by the presence of eminent industry experts and academicians. 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲𝐚 𝐉𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐚 (𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞), emphasized that innovation begins with clearly identifying real-world problems. He explained the concept of five levels of people and encouraged participants to aspire to become “Level 1 individuals”—those who proactively identify problems and transform them into innovative and impactful solutions.

Adding valuable industry perspective, 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 Mr. Qazimuddin Shaikh advised participants to take their research beyond academic publications and into the marketplace. He stressed that research must be validated through real-world application, market testing, and implementation to generate tangible social and economic impact.

🏞️ Heritage & Wisdom Trail – Lohegad Fort Visit 🏞️
Date: 11th Dec. 2025 | Celebrating International Mountain Day

On the occasion of International Mountain Day, the students of Dnyansagar Institute of Management & Research embarked on an inspiring journey to the historic Lohegad Fort as part of our Heritage & Wisdom Trail, with a focus on Indian Knowledge Systems and mountain heritage.

The trip, organized and coordinated by the DIMR Student Council and guided by Prof. Mangesh Javkhedkar, offered students a unique opportunity to connect with nature, history, and traditional wisdom. From trekking the rugged fort pathways to exploring ancient structures, the experience highlighted the importance of mountains in culture, strategy, and Indian heritage.

This outing was also a platform for team-building, leadership, and experiential learning, as students supported one another, engaged in activities, and embraced the adventure with enthusiasm and discipline.

The Freshers Fiesta for the 2025–27 batch, held on 24th November 2025 at Saafa Banquet, Balewadi, was a spectacular celebration brimming with energy, excitement, and unforgettable moments. Seniors and juniors came together under one roof to kickstart their DIMR journey with joy, bonding, and enthusiasm.

The presence of SKP Chairman Shri Appa Balwadkar and Secretary Dr. Saagar Balwadkar added immense motivation and value, making the event even more special for the students.

MBA-I & MCA-I students at DIMR successfully completed an intensive 30-hour VIOSA Soft Skill Training, focused on Effective Communication and Networking Skills, and the transformation has been truly inspiring!

DIMR Institute organized this impactful training program for MBA-I & MCA-I students from 9th October 2025 to 14th October 2025.
This specially designed program equipped participants with essential professional skills through interactive activities, real-life simulations, role-plays, group discussions, and practical learning sessions. Students gained hands-on experience in:
