Qualification: MBA (HR) with 6 months-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Skill set:
Client management (interfacing with clients on day-to-day basis, status reporting etc.)
End-to-end recruitment (understanding requirement, sourcing matching candidates, scheduling interviews, following up with stake-holders till closure)
Generating status reports
Working in target based challenging environment
Soft Skills:
Self-driven and highly motivated.
Genuinely creative and curious about latest technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to motivate, mentor and work with team members.
Excellent inter-personal skills.
High on ownership and commitment
