I'm writing this post from 525m after a few hours of climbing and recording some of my thoughts on self-isolation. Self-Isolation is something new to many people since the onset of the Corona Virus. However, for a long-distance cyclist, it's a practice that we have already mastered and we practice it seriously. The mental and physical "enlightenment" that one can reach during motion self-isolation are like nothing ever felt before! Give it a try!
