Odser was founded by Late DR.PREM SETHI he saw a dream about everyone being educated and equality for women.

He helped students and adults alike to complete their education and insisted that every woman be independent. ODSER Charitable Trust is a non-profitable organization formed with the specific objective of imparting education to all age groups along with special wings for Women & Child Development; Training & Development & SME Start & Grow. Odser also provides education in association with Medicina Alterniva, Open Univerisity for Complimentary Medicines, Sri Lanka.
