There is no comparison of home made breads to the store bought chemical loaded ones.

Quick sourdough whole wheat foccassia topped with cherry tomatoes and olives makes a nice hearty dinner with some soup . Perfect for chily winters!

Sourdough breads are made with natural fermented starter by using just flour and water. There is no commerical yeast added in them, and slow fermentation enables easy digestion for breads.Its the oldest and natural way of eating breads that made it a healthy food.
Taste is little sour and chewy but it makes for hearty meal snack or meal :)

Tiramisu is hands down our favourite dessert! But when we made a tiramisu tres leche cake,it blew our mind!!
A coffee chocolate sponge soaked in tres leche( three types of milk) with cofee and topped with mascorpone cheese and cocoa powder! What's not to like :)

Eggless baked lemon cheesecake topped with home made compote, fresh strawberries and Cape goosberries !

No artificial colors ,no harmful ingredients!! Pure creamy soft indulgence for birthday!!

Dark decadent chocolate cake baked with orange juice and rinds and soaked in orange juice ,then filled with decadent 60% dark chocolate ganache and topped with some beautiful oranges !! Perfect cake for a perfect lady :)
Made for a friend's mom in society who is a super chef herself :)

I am proud of this cake in more than one ways, one most ingredients are local and organic and second almost all part of this cake are made from scratch including the decoration 🤣🤣🤣..
It's a wonder what quarantine is allowing us to explore from our small kitchens with limited ingredients :)
I did not have many ingredients for a cheese cake at home ,so did some Google ,some YouTube and realised you don't need a lot of stuff to make anything special :) 👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳

Cheesecake Base is made from home made cookies crushed,almonds and dry coconut and homemade butter .
Cream cheese was whipped from scratch using home made paneer and curd - this tastes out fo the world bdw!!👻👻👻

Decorated the cake using flowers and some mint grown in our balcony and ofcourse mangoes :)

Organic Mangoes and other base ingredients sourced from . These are the best ones we have had this season :)
