Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate Business Meet personal and team sales targets. Create awareness of our brand communicate with the target audience and build and develop customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers a view of a property before closing deals.
Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
Provide periodic reports on sales operations.
Conduct surveys to identify prices of competing properties on the housing market
Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have traits like time management, positive attitude, self-motivated, passion for training, proactive, self-driven, perfect dressing sense.
(Formals),Impressive behaviour with clients etc.
Coordinating with clients
Excel understanding
Preparing weekly work report
Conducting sales call and closing the leads
Good to have: 2-wheeler
Experience: Should have minimum 2+ years of experience into Sales and Business Development with reputed Company.
Education: Any Graduate.
Mandatory: Excellent communication ,Negotiation skills ,Customer handling skills, Decision-making skills.
Languages - English & Hindi. Marathi(good to have)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
