With Ar. Abin Chaudhuri, the focus shifted from outcomes to process—revealing ideas, context, and layered narratives. Thank you for an insightful and inspiring evening.

What made the evening truly special was its format, unfolding like a candid one-on-one between Ar. Manish Banker and Ar. Abin Chaudhuri, with the audience quietly witnessing an honest, heart-to-heart exchange. Thank you for curating such a meaningful and heartfelt evening.

Nikita Bhate
Product Design

Nikita Bhate is a product and interior designer, and the founder of SĀR STUDIO. Her objective is to perceive design as a vehicle for cultural exchange, rather than simply an environmental update. She was resident designer at Vista Alegre Atlantis, Portugal and Fabrica Research Center, Italy. Her work experience and collaborations led to the founding of her design studio in 2016.

Nikita believes that collaborations lead to a dialogue which then melds different worlds together - from futuristic ideas and traditions to technologies and old techniques.

Her keen study and interest in how people interact with furniture has led her to an intuitive and strategic design solution called the Sār Sustainable System (SSS) which solves the desire to have furniture evolve within its space and time. For instance, each product comes with the advantage of upgrading practical features, that is in scale and skin.
