From PCS 7 to PCS neo - strengthening capabilities to lead the next phase of automation.
On 8th April 2026 we brought teams together for a focused Technology Day aimed at deepening expertise and accelerating readiness in advanced process automation.
In collaboration with Siemens we conducted a high-impact DCS workshop covering the full spectrum of PCS 7 and next-generation systems, from architecture and configuration to cybersecurity, migration strategies and digital value creation.
Live demonstrations across PCS 7, PCS neo, CDT and S7-1500H with TIA Portal translated concepts into real-world application keeping the sessions practical, relevant and ex*****on-focused.

During National Safety Week, observed from 4–11 March across India, teams at COTMAC marked the occasion across all facilities.
The initiative focused on strengthening awareness around workplace safety, health and accident prevention, while fostering a culture of responsibility and vigilance.
Through active participation and focused engagement, employees reaffirmed their commitment to safe practices, operational discipline and a proactive approach to employee health and safety.

At COTMAC, International Women’s Day 2026 was about more than celebration, it was about empowerment through knowledge and well-being.
Our special series covered Psycho-Spiritual Strength, Ayurvedic Wellness for Women and Reclaiming Balance from Burnout.
An initiative dedicated to grooming, nurturing and supporting women at the workplace, while strengthening a culture of respect, equality and growth.
