While it might seem counter-intuitive, it’s best not to focus on individual words when you speak in English, but to try to get the words to flow and connect with each other naturally.
Never trust your eyes in English. For example, you wouldn’t pronounce the word “bleach” as bleh-ach.

For some daily English practice, try keeping a vocal diary in English. It could be in the form of audio files recorded on your cellphone or a dedicated recording device and your entries. This can be a fulfilling, stress-free way to get some practice in speaking in English.
