Pankaj joined Nihilent in 2006 as a technology analyst, bringing with him not just a strong engineering background but the commercial sensibility and ownership mindset of someone who had run his own enterprise. Within just 12 months, his technical depth and natural leadership earned him his first promotion, and by 2007, he was already delivering on his first international assignment, leading a supply chain transformation engagement across geographies.What followed was two decades of compounding growth across industries, disciplines, and continents.

From delivery leader and enterprise architect to program director and agile practice consultant, Pankaj consistently operated where the complexity was highest, leading a 500-person banking transformation program, driving 2X revenue growth in the media sector, and pioneering Nihilent's AI transformation business in Europe.

Today, as a regional executive heading the UK and Europe, Pankaj oversees the full commercial and operational remit of Nihilent's most strategically important region, with a 5X growth record in the UK market to his name. His journey across 10+ industries, 3 continents, and every level of technology engagement is proof of what becomes possible when ambition meets an organisation willing to invest in it.
