We were asked to feed M10 × 50 mm screws at 40 parts per minute per row.

We delivered 80. ✅

Here's how:

A customer needed a dual-outlet vi****ory bowl feeder for M10 × 50 mm screws — head-up orientation, two outlets, 40 ppm per row. Using our Model 400 bowl feeder with a cast aluminium bowl with stainless steel tooling and LF II linear vi****or, we hit double the required rate without sacrificing orientation consistency or reliability.
The harder challenge wasn't speed — it was overflow control.
With two outlets running simultaneously, parts can back up, jam, or spill if the flow isn't balanced. We solved this through precision tooling inside the bowl itself, ensuring even distribution across both outlets. When both linear tracks are full, the system stops and restarts automatically — no mess, no jams, no downtime.
This is what experienced bowl tooling looks like in practice. The hardware matters, but it's the tooling know-how that turns a spec into a result.

How did we solve it? 🛠️ Custom bottom-bowl wipers to stop tangles before they start. 🎯 Strategic track orientation to align the open ends perfectly. ⚡ A precise pneumatic slide to present one single O-ring at a time.

The best part? The customer asked for a feed rate of 15 parts per minute. We delivered a steady 30 parts per minute! 🚀 That’s a 100% increase in production speed!
