Job Description
# Converting Potential Clients by show-casing appropriate Residential or Commercial Projects/Sites, which matches the need of the prospects.
# Taking prospects for site visits in residential and commercial projects, answering all relevant queries in the process with Developer
# Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
# Daily Calling of New and Existing Leads for Site Visits and to Maintain the same in CRM.
# Keep track of the progress on achievement of Sales targets and provide periodic update
SKILLS
# Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
# Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
# Language fluency in English, Marathi and Hindi
# Should be Highly Motivated, Quick Learner, goal-oriented, desire to deliver result
# Must have Geographical Knowledge of Pune
# Must Have owned 2/4 Wheeler
# Strong business sense and industry expertise
