Training you over the past five and half years has been nothing short of an amazing journey. From our very first session on 12th July 2020 to now, we’ve completed 369 sessions together—sessions filled with hard work, challenges, breakthroughs, and plenty of laughter.

Your dedication and consistency have always inspired me. Whether it was hitting that [biggest PR], pushing through tough days, or showing up no matter what, you’ve given your best every single time. We didn’t just train—we built resilience, discipline, and a mindset that refuses to quit.

As much as I’d love for our sessions to continue, my schedule has made it impossible to do so. But this isn’t a goodbye. I have no doubt you’ll keep striving, lifting, and growing, both inside and outside the gym. And no matter where your fitness journey takes you, know that I’ll always be cheering you on.

Thank you for trusting me, for the effort you put in, and for the memories we’ve created. Wishing you nothing but success in everything you do.
