On 23rd November 2024, we launched our Level 1 Abacus Class with 15 bright students, led by the dedicated Ms. Sunita Dane.

Dyuvan Ray Foundation (DRF) celebrated International Women's Day on 12th March 2025, reaffirming its commitment to women's empowerment through financial inclusion. DRF has been conducting skill training programs in fashion, beauty, and food sectors, successfully training 500 women who are now generating their own income.

During the event, five women were honored as *Achievers of the Year* for their outstanding progress in income generation and for inspiring others to pursue livelihood opportunities.

Mr. Mufid Beg from Prayas NGO provided valuable insights on cervical cancer, including testing, prevention, and treatment. Representatives from Lighthouse Communities Foundation highlighted their efforts in skilling women through various training programs.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the representatives of Purnkuti and Streevani for gracing the occasion. A special appreciation goes to the DRF team for their dedication in making the event a success!

The Dyuvan Ray Foundation is dedicated to fostering societal development and empowering changemakers by enhancing the capacities of NGOs.

We are delighted to share the success of our 2-day workshop on Organizational Development and NGO Empowerment, conducted in Hingoli district in collaboration with Ugam Gramin Vikas Sanstha. The workshop covered critical topics such as SWOT analysis for NGOs, creating NGO profiles, ensuring legal compliance, preparing annual reports, drafting fundraising proposals, and developing organizational policies.

The sessions were led by Shruti Dimble and Neha Sinha, with valuable guidance and motivational input from Jayaji Paikrao and Bhimrao Bhise. Participating NGOs were encouraged to adopt best practices and collaborate as a network to contribute to the rejuvenation of the Kayadhu and Asana rivers.

The workshop was an outstanding success, and we look forward to witnessing the transformative impact our partners will create in their communities.
