Ltd is a reference pathology laboratory serving nearly 3,000 hospitals, labs and over 10,000 doctors throughout Maharashtra and around states via its franchisee (DSP) network. The notion for serving healthcare industry was proped in the year 2000 with a small pathology lab concept; then it was only a collection center. The plan was executed in local routine laboratory in the year 2005. The step to
wards reference laboratory was put in November 2008. The commitment proved stronger in the year 2011 by the collaboration of concept creator; patron and microbiologist, with its vision to be the company that best understands and satisfies the needs of customer, service and development in diagnosis. The operations are in hands of an efficient microbiologist who is shaping the ideas on ground. The initial focus in healthcare being diagnostics, we offer services designed for efficient delivery of patient test results used for diagnosing medical conditions, monitoring patient therapy and providing quality healthcare. Divinations LifeCare has a state of the art centralized laboratory system situated in Pune. Divinations are fully equipped with automation and back end machines for each department to run the processing smoothly. Each department is headed by particular authority, whether it be the biochemist, microbiologist, pathologist or histologist. In Divinations LifeCare, we strictly follow specially designed Sop’s for each process. Sample is assayed on the particular machine after passing IQC (Internal Quality Control) check only, by the professional. Once in every month, we run EQC (External Quality Control), for evaluation of Quality from the third unbiased party. For that matter, Divinations LifeCare has enrolled in RIQAS (Randox International Quality Assessment Scheme) program from Randox, which is an international (EQA) External Quality Assessment body, who regulates quality of tests being performed in Divinations LifeCare. Divinations LifeCare has a dedicated LIS (Laboratory Information System), which is basically a software system managing the flow of samples, registration, evaluation, processing and their report dispatch after authorization. Barcoding system in DLPL ensures error free reporting.
