🚆 How to Reach from Mayrhofen
Your journey starts in Mayrhofen, a charming mountain town in Tyrol. To get to the trailhead:
1️⃣ Take a bus or drive 🚗 from Mayrhofen to the Schlegeis Reservoir (Schlegeis Stausee) – about 40 minutes.
2️⃣ Park at the reservoir or hop off the bus at the Breitlahner parking lot 🅿️.
3️⃣ The trail begins right next to the dam!

Distance: ~3 km (one way)
Elevation Gain: ~600m 📈
Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours (depending on pace)

Olpererhütte is a fully serviced hut offering warm meals, drinks 🍻, and overnight stays in dormitory-style rooms 🛏️. Reservation is a must in peak season (June - September). The hut is famous for its delicious Austrian cuisine 🍲, perfect after a challenging climb!

Revisiting the capital city of Denmark 🇩🇰
When I landed in Germany at end of September 2019, I was still settling in the new country but also on one fine weekend, I took 3 days trip to Copenhagen which was start of my Solo traveling journey in Europe. Memories from Arctic Circle 🇫🇮
Going to Santa’s village on Christmas 🎅 night, Hunting Northern Lights like crazy in minus temperature, Husky ride, Reindeer ride, Roaming around Santa’s village, Visiting dreamy Igloo resort all was done in a day.

Going back to roots is truly fulfilling 🥹😍
After hiking in foreign lands, got an opportunity to explore Sahyadri again and couldn’t ask for better location than Harishchandragad. Mighty drop of Kokankada, around 2000 ft drop is known to be highest free fall in the Maharashtra. Staying in tents, eating food made by locals and enjoying stargazing night is what I got to experience in Sahyadri. Will come back next year 😊
