Is Live Online + Classroom session the future of Corporate Learning?

Post-pandemic world looks way different in many ways.

As much it has changed the way we make payments and the amount of time we spend in traveling for multiple reasons, it hasn't left 'how we learn at work?' unchanged either.

From delivering sessions entirely virtually to blending them with classroom mode, corporate learning has gone through many trials and frankly it's still evolving.

Many have created inhouse self-paced video based learning courses like LinkedIn Learning while others have simply created a library of recorded online sessions for those who missed them.

Some have incorporated a full-fledged LMS however are grappling with achieving the desired effectiveness and ROI of such high-end products.

Brainstorming & Group Discussion

Group discussion in a workshop helps all the learners in each team think independently and share their experiences with the fellow members more openly.

This creates a sense of belonging for all the learners and they tend to contribute to the ongoing discussion more readily.

A well balanced and healthy discussion leads to a more democratic outcome that's largely unbiased and less polarised.
