Let's make a happier and cleaner workplace! Employees can come together and form a group. During appraisals they can say, they worked hard and in reality they have purposefully done nothing. Game theory and economics says, the manager can ask an employee to blow the whistle on his peers (tell the truth that they played a game) and get a reward from the manager. Only the one who breaks this group gets a reward and others are punished. This alerts the employees and they all work hard. What do you think of such clever mechanisms?
