We are seeking an energetic, responsible assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
2. Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
3. Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
4. Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files
5. Run general industry related errands
6. Manage databases and input information, data, and records
7. Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry
8. Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms; update company calendars
9. Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
10. Update and post supervised social media and website content; respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails

Requirements and Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
Must be 18 years of age
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization, Nodes. In this position, you will be expected to learn about the brand, communications and blended learning products. You will be mainly focusing on creating brand awareness of Nodes through various mediums like print and digital.

Intern Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain Keynote or Google Slide presentations
2. Update and post supervised social media and website content; respond to web correspondence and social media posts
3. Assist in designing and executing brand promotional materials such as office stationery and greeting cards
4. Research and gather documentation on various offerings of the company
5. Assist in creating collaterals for e-learning and blended learning courses

Intern Requirements and Qualifications:
1. High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
2. Proficient computer skills, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of AdobeXD and other adobe applications is a plus
3. Must be 18 years of age
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Self-directed and able to work without supervision
6. Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
