The case of Missing Egg .. and why you won’t even care !!
Meet the Egg Free Fruit cake that actually lives upto the hype !
We’ve packed so many cranberries, blueberries, raisins,orange peel, strawberries, cherries and almonds and walnuts and so so much more that it’s basically a holiday party in a tin !
It’s dense , boozy ( optional ) and 100 % egg free meaning more room for the good stuff !

Baked Gulab jamun !!

Yes you read that right !
Your winter dessert just got an upgrade.
we are baking our gulab Jamuns in some custard and a lot more .
An Indian classic meets creamy comfort in this dessert.
Whether you prefer it straight from the oven or perfectly chilled, this nutty Baked Gulab Jamun is a winner.

The Final recipe for my series is Healthy Snickers Bar .
This trio keeps the body happy and healthy !
They are Gluten free / Refined Sugar free / Egg free !
For me , they have actually replaced the original Store bought ones , because this one contains No Nasties !!
A perfectly balanced snack !!
To make these , We need -
First Layer -
100 gm Peanuts
60 gm Dates
Second Layer -
40 gm Peanuts
80 gm Dates
60 gm Milk
50 gm Peanut butter
Third Layer -
A big handful of Peanuts
( I have used unsalted blanched almonds )
Fourth Layer -
Dark Chocolate to coat the bars .
You can even pour some on top if you want to use less of chocolate.
Line a loaf tin with parchment paper and keep aside.
In a mixer jar , blitz the dates and peanuts . Once done , press this mixture into the pan nicely and tightly. Even out the surface.
In the same mixer jar , Now blend the ingredients for layer two .
It should be not too coarse or not too smooth .
Pour this over the first layer .
Keep it in the Freezer to chill for a few minutes.
For the third Layer , press whole peanuts onto the second layer . As many as you like. Less or more that's entirely upto you .
Now you need to freeze this untill it's a little hard . Preferably overnight .
Then slice the bars with a sharp knife .
For the final layer , melt some Good Quality Dark chocolate .
Now carefully dip the bar one by one and place them on a parchment sheet .
Chill then for a few minutes in the refrigerator.
Since it's Diwali , I dusted some gold dust on them !

These Ladoos Are So Easy it's unbelievable !
The second recipe for my series is the Sattu Almond Date laddu .
They need almost no cooking time and are ready in a jiffy .
It's a Perfect Plan based Protein snack for kids and adults .
To make these, We need -
150gm Sattu powder
50 gm Almonds
30 gm Pumpkin seeds
30 gm Melon seeds
150gm Dates
75 gm Almond Butter
15gm Desiccated coconut
40gm Ghee
In a pan dry roast the sattu low and slow for a 3-4 minutes untill aromatic. Let's put it in a bowl to cool down.
In a blender jar , blitz the dates , almonds , pumpkin seeds, melon seeds and almond butter.
Add this in to the sattu along with some warm ghee and dessicated coconut .
And that's it . All we need to do now is roll out laddu's and relish them .
This recipe should give you around 15-18 laddu's .
They stay good for Long at Room temperature.
They are Gluten free / Refined sugar free / Eggfree .

The first recipe in my series is
Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates.
They are Gluten free / Refined Sugar free / Egg free / Vegan !!
To make them , we need -
Mejdool dates - 12 pcs
Almond flour - 60gm
Almond butter - 15gm
Maple syrup - 30gm
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Chocolate chips - 25gm + more for garnish
A touch of sea salt
This recipe is as easy as it gets.
Just mix Almond flour + Almond butter + Maple syrup + Chocolate chips + Vanilla + a pinch of sea salt nicely .
Spoon it into deseeded dates and sprinkle some sea salt on top along with some Chocolate chips and Voila !! They are ready to serve !!
