Again this year I made Rhea's cake...a Koala with edible flowers. The cake inside her favourite chocolate truffle with a whipped cream frosting on the outside.

This cake was made for a beautiful girl Mahie who is a big fan of Taylor Swift....
She knows all her songs by heart and her cover pictures by memory.
The cake on the inside is my signature dark chocolate truffle covered with a vanilla flavored whipped cream frosting.
