Roller-coaster of life takes us through our own share of challenges / dilemmas, which could tend to hamper our way forward. The dilemmas could be major, and sometimes apparently small, yet having a huge impact. Often we are not even aware that the issues or recurring patterns in our life can be addressed, so we start living in denial or resignation. What we may not realise is that by not addressin

So grateful to these amazing women who allowed me to hold space for them. They felt safe to open up and share so honestly.
Emotions were flowing freely, without awkwardness, making way for genuine connection.

Early morning Sun
Rising so graciously
Mystiques of nature
Leave me astounded
Am feeling so expansive
Words escape me
Intoxicating quietude
Takes o’er me
Embraces me
Engulfs me
Liberates me….

The two massive calamitous news just a few hours apart left me feeling numbed. One is feeling more devastating than the other.
Acceptance is feeling challenging, overwhelming.
Energy is indeed giving us some profound message.
It is probably guiding us to come together and co-create something big to counterbalance the prevailing negativity.
Some beautiful souls joined me today and together we meditated on this message 👆
May all be blessed

HAPPY NAVRATRI
NAVRATRI is truly the celebration of the power of Divine Feminine Energy in the universe.
Hinduism is probably one of the few religions that accord a status of absolute equality to women, both in Philosophy and Mythology.
While enjoying the celebrations, may we invite and imbibe the Feminine Divine Energy. May we also remember to build each other up, irrespective of our genders 🙏

Yesterday was special because I did one of the things that I absolutely love doing just before Diwali. In fact it’s become my yearly ritual.
Me along with a friend of mine picked up small boxes of sweets and then drove around distributing them to people on the road. These are daily wage earners by the roadside, workers sweeping the roads, small veg / fruit vendors, a cobbler, a lady selling flowers and garlands, raddiwala, etc. These are the people whose presence we often tend to not even acknowledge unless there’s a need. Sad but true for many of us, definitely true for me.
When we connect to each one individually and wish them a Happy Diwali, that smile on their faces is such a fulfilling experience. It’s a reminder that we’re all interconnected indeed.
In my experience, connecting with human beings at the grassroots level one-to-one is an extraordinarily empowering as well as humbling experience that’s way more fulfilling than donating to an organisation where the direct connect is missing.
Happy Diwali...

Be a mindful observer of what’s happening around you.
Be present to the feelings and emotions arising, and then choose what you feel aligned to.
BE YOU

A young girl and her father were walking along a forest path. At some point, they came across a large tree branch on the ground in front of them.
The girl asked her father, “If I try, do you think I could move that branch?”
Her father replied, “I am sure you can if you use all your ability.”
The girl tried her best to lift or push the branch, but she couldn't move it.
She said, with disappointment, “You were wrong, dad. I can't move it.”
Dad: “Try again with all your ability”
Again, the girl tried hard to push the branch. She struggled, but it did not move.
“Dad, I cannot do it”
Finally, her dad said, “My dear, I advised you to use all your ability. You didn’t ask for my help.”
*Our real ability lies not in independence, but in interdependence.*
No individual person has all the abilities, strengths, resources, and stamina required for the complete blossoming of their vision.
To ask for help and support when we need it is a sign of wisdom, not a sign of weakness.

Gratitude to each coachee for sharing their experience:
“As a director in a global bank leading the Change and design team in India, I recently moved to a new role with a larger responsibility in a completely new vertical/domain.
Unable to handle the multiple challenges, my performance got impacted. I needed a capable executive coach who could help me get in the right frame of mind and deal with these challenges.
Before finalizing with Ms. Rita Chadha, I spoke to many executive coaches to make sure I take an informed decision and can relate to the person.
While I am still in the middle of my coaching sessions, I realized the problems I faced were not because of the new role but my limiting beliefs and mindsets. I realized there are patterns in my behavior whenever I faced stressful situations which did not allow me to perform at 100%.
The sessions started focusing on addressing the core issue, and relook some of the relations I have with senior stakeholders such that we started working more collaboratively.
The impact has not only been on my professional life, but also my personal life. I like the way Rita stresses on making sure we follow through the new shifts diligently.
I see the impact on my interpersonal skills, and I have a clear road map on my focus areas. “
