Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members and work together as a team
Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments, etc.) and check for credibility
Send e-mail reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned
Open and energetic for new roles in the Admin role
Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers through Emails
Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates, etc.)
Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of the final bill
Implement the global and country-level brand strategy to achieve market leadership.
Requirements
Proven 2-4 years experience as Tally or general accounting experience
Experience with the Automobile industry will be a plus
Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel);
Excellent math ability
Good organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of the internet
