Our Livelihood Skilling Project is actively running across Pune at the Dhanori and Bhawani Peth centres, helping individuals build skills, confidence, and better livelihood opportunities.

Along with regular training, participants also benefit from special sessions like ONDC awareness, CSR employment activities, and a Bajaj Insurance session.

So far, the project has reached 200 beneficiaries, including 160 women and 40 LGBTQIA++ participants, ensuring an inclusive impact.

A key highlight was our Shark Tank–style pitching event, where 28 beneficiaries across 11 business categories presented powerful business ideas from tailoring and beauty to bakery, tiffin services, mehndi, advertising, and more.

On 25 January 2026, Spherule Foundation celebrated the Advanced Fashion Design Graduation Ceremony at the Khulewadi Skilling Centre, where 25 women successfully completed their training and took a meaningful step toward self-reliance.

The event was encouraged by the presence of Mr Rajpal Sir and Mr Anil Nesarikar Sir from Sai Vishwanath Memorial Trust – Runner’s High, along with the Spherule team, including Trainer Samikha Bansod, Coordinator Ayesha Sayyad, and Project Manager Suryakant Borade.

Graduation certificates, ABHA, E-Shram, Udyam registrations, and professionally prepared resumes were distributed, supporting the women as they move toward sustainable livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and a more confident future.

Spherule Foundation is proud to implement the Computer Lab project, Garrett - Advancing Motion at Namdevrao Mohol Vidyalaya, Khamboli, where students showcased their learning through creative poster presentations and models.

From understanding basic computer skills to visualising smart classrooms, their work reflected confidence, curiosity, and future-readiness.

Spherule Foundation, with the support of , our elderly care drive was about more than supplies—it was about shared smiles, music, conversations, and making our elders feel seen and remembered.

We’re happy to share that after the successful inauguration of the Computer Labs at Bhairavnath Vidyalaya, Rihe, and Namdevrao Mohol Vidyalaya, Khamboli, the computer learning sessions have now started. Supported by , regular classes are being conducted where students are learning basic computer operations, MS Office tools, Paint, and internet browsing.

Students are exploring the systems with confidence and showing a growing interest in digital learning. The sessions are helping them build essential digital skills and understand new concepts through simple guidance and hands-on practice.
