Job Location: Pune (Baner)

Key Responsibilities:
Capture live system interactions, analyze data patterns, and build realistic virtual services that replicate the behaviour of external systems.
Design and implement virtual service models using service virtualization tools, including defining request-response patterns, data structures, and error scenarios.
Integrate virtual services into existing testing frameworks, allowing developers and testers to seamlessly interact with simulated systems.
Analyze and optimize virtual service performance to accurately simulate real-world load conditions.

Required Skills:
Expertise in using popular service virtualization tools ReadyAPI
Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other messaging protocols.
Familiarity with scripting languages like Java, Python, or Groovy for customizing virtual service behaviour
Familiarity with DevOps principles and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.

· Understand platforms and applications, adhere to program test principles, exception testing, which pertains to global functionality keeping test suites lean.
· Support the CI/CD capabilities for the portfolio, works with enterprise teams to improve CI/CD capabilities and metrics at the portfolio/enterprise level; drives best practices and standards, including root cause analysis.
· Setting and managing the product quality standards and metrics for platform, collect, maintain and report metrics at portfolio level
· Uphold standards in order to ensure quality customer experiences through seamless, robust and resilient journeys cutting across platforms.
· Maintain a healthy and efficient CI/CD pipeline, drive the strategy and the governance of automation and testing in a CI/CD environment, ensure development pipeline standards.

Educational Qualification:

· Desirable: Certification in software testing and automation tools

Job Skills & Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in QA, and confirmed ability in writing test cases, running functional, automated, or performance tests, and managing defects.
· The candidate should have excellent soft skills, strong technical ability with an extensive passion to learn with a growth mindset.
· Comfortable/experience within a Scrum framework working with as part of a team to deliver business functions and customer journeys that are tested and automated throughout the CICD pipeline to production.

· Participate in defect triage and system quality meetings.
· Provide regular reports on status, metrics to management.

Skill set required:

· Individual contributor to manage small scale performance testing projects.

Job Description: The L3 Support Engineer for our Payment Platform (Online and POS) will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the highest level of service reliability, and supporting the L3 lead in overseeing the platform's operations.

Skills required:
Should have minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in payment systems, Java ecosystem, and team collaboration.
Must be ready to work in shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage.
Should have the capability of quick triaging and bug resolution.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of payment gateways, transaction processing, and financial systems.
Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Experience with microservices development (MACH framework).
Expertise in quality engineering, triaging, and bug resolution.
Proficiency in logging and observability analysis tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
AWS expertise.
Experience with NOSQL databases (Document-based).
Knowledge of in-memory caching technologies (e.g., Redis).
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and technologies like Kafka.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Knowledge of PMS/POS integration with Freedom Pay middleware (FCC client, FCC Listener).
Knowledge of Credit Card Devices (Ingenico or similar).
